Introduction

Hi there,

Finally after much preparation I have my own counseling practice.

I did my studies at the South African Collage of Applied Psychology.
My electives were: counseling in loss, art in counseling, Self esteem, and Somatic counseling.

I work with individuals and groups. I like to encourage people to express themselves either through talking, art or writing. I also run art-workshops, helping people

• find their unique creativity 
• building self esteem
• exploring the inner territory of their own world
• or identifying ones unique emotional vocabulary and expressing what is deep within.
